Coast Cricket association wishes to inform press & cricket fans that Cricket Kenya will be hosting the ACA/EA Under-13 Cricket Tournament in Nakuru in the month of June.  The five day event will consist of teams from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda and will run from 4^th to 8^th June, 2009.

The Kenya team was selected from both public and private schools at provincial level. This exercise was carried out by the provincial associations, development officers and coaches.

CCA had held their trials 30^th May’09 at Burhani Sports Club Ground and around 40 kids from private and public school attended the trials. After going through different skill practice among all the kids selector choose 3 kids from Mombasa are Adrash Sawajani, Pritesh Govind & Paresh Kesavji.

The selected players are as follows;

Coast Cricket Association in its pursuit to develop the game to further heights lays a lot of importance to such programs and thus requests all parents, sponsors and well wishers to come out in support of our youngsters over the next few days as they play against our worthy neighboring countries.
